'NeutraLisle' was born from a single vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Bianchi clan in 1985, our eatery began as a quaint, family-oriented venture, fostering recipes that have been passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our patriarch, honed her pizza-crafting skills during her exploration of Italy, learning from renowned pizzaiolos in the heart of Naples—pizza's origin. After returning to the UK, her aim was to replicate the enchantment of authentic Italian pizza, using age-old techniques and the purest ingredients.
From its humble beginnings as a cozy 12-seat pizza shop, it has transformed into a cherished local gem. Nevertheless, our dedication to excellence and genuine practices has stood steadfast. Our daily ritual includes using the traditional wood-burning oven methods, preparing our dough from scratch, and choosing only the top-tier ingredients available.
To this day, 'NeutraLisle' is still maintained by the Bianchi lineage, with a new generation now spearheading our enthusiastic crew. While we've adopted certain contemporary enhancements, at the core of our operations is the enduring ethos: making delectable, true pizza that unites our patrons.
